Aramex is seeking a skilled CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and support business growth through data-driven insights and effective use of our CRM system. If you’re customer-focused, results-driven, and have experience with supply chain services, this role offers you the opportunity to influence client retention and satisfaction on a strategic level.
π― Key Responsibilities

Schedule business appointments and manage client portfolios

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

Maintain and grow existing client relationships
-
Promote additional supply chain services (Freight, Warehousing, etc.)
-
Analyze customer needs and identify new opportunities
-
Update Salesforce and call reports regularly
-
Create and present customized proposals to clients
-
Resolve client queries promptly and effectively
-
Identify and escalate risks to existing business
β Qualifications & Experience
-
Matric (Grade 12) minimum qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
-
3+ years of corporate client portfolio management (5+ for senior level)
-
Experience working with reputable corporates essential
-
Proven track record of target achievement
-
Knowledge of the supply chain industry advantageous
-
Ability to negotiate and present to senior-level management
-
Valid Code 08 driverβs license and own reliable transport

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
