Aramex is seeking a skilled CRM Executive to manage customer relationships and support business growth through data-driven insights and effective use of our CRM system. If you’re customer-focused, results-driven, and have experience with supply chain services, this role offers you the opportunity to influence client retention and satisfaction on a strategic level.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule business appointments and manage client portfolios

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships

  • Promote additional supply chain services (Freight, Warehousing, etc.)

  • Analyze customer needs and identify new opportunities

  • Update Salesforce and call reports regularly

  • Create and present customized proposals to clients

  • Resolve client queries promptly and effectively

  • Identify and escalate risks to existing business


βœ… Qualifications & Experience

  • Matric (Grade 12) minimum qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 3+ years of corporate client portfolio management (5+ for senior level)

  • Experience working with reputable corporates essential

  • Proven track record of target achievement

  • Knowledge of the supply chain industry advantageous

  • Ability to negotiate and present to senior-level management

  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
