Purpose of the Role

The CRM Executive at Aramex is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships using the company’s CRM systems. The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while supporting marketing initiatives and revenue growth.

You will play a critical role in analyzing customer data, identifying business opportunities, and providing exceptional client service to drive overall business success.


Key Responsibilities

Schedule business appointments with your client base.
Achieve individual targets while maintaining existing business relationships.
Identify opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue through additional supply chain products.
Establish and understand customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
Update Salesforce and call reports accurately and on time.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
Respond effectively to client queries and escalate potential threats to business.


Requirements – Experience & Education

  • Minimum Matric (Grade 12) qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification and/or equivalent experience

  • 3 years corporate experience managing client portfolios (5 years for senior positions)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Experience with reputable corporates preferred

  • Understanding of supply chain, freight, international logistics, and warehousing is advantageous

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills at senior management level

  • Valid Code 08 driver’s license and reliable transport

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal
