Role Overview

As a CRM Specialist at B2Spin, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our CRM strategy for the US and other markets. Your main responsibility will be to introduce, develop, and optimize our CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement, drive commercial KPIs, and deliver an outstanding user experience. This is a contract position that offers the flexibility of remote work from anywhere, with our headquarters based in Cape Town, ZA.


Areas of Responsibility

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • ✔️ Campaign Creation & Execution:
    Develop, execute, and report on multi-channel campaigns using our CRM tools.
  • ✔️ Content Development:
    Build engaging HTML emails, push notifications, app messages, and social media posts.
  • ✔️ Automated Flows & Promotions:
    Optimize automated email flows, promotional pages, and purchase offers.

Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • ✔️ Marketing Materials Coordination:
    Oversee the production of copy and image assets for your campaigns.
  • ✔️ Quality & Timeliness:
    Ensure all CRM campaign setups meet quality standards and deadlines.

Data Analysis & Testing

  • ✔️ Post-Campaign Reporting:
    Analyze campaign performance and suggest actionable improvements.
  • ✔️ A/B Testing:
    Execute tests to fine-tune campaigns and maximize engagement.
  • ✔️ Segmentation & Targeting:
    Define target audiences and refine campaigns using multiple data streams.

Experience & Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1+ year in a similar CRM role, with a background in the USA market, Gaming, or eCommerce preferred.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in any field or at least 2 years of college education.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with Bloomreach and/or other CRM platforms.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and spoken English, with strong presentation skills.
  • Time Management:
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively without the need for micro-management.
