π Your Role: CSS Sales Representative (Account Executive)
You will drive adoption and expansion of Oracleβs Customer Success Services across a defined territory, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to contribute to customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
π Responsibilities

Accelerate Oracle Services growth by closing new business and renewals, consistently exceeding quota

Develop and progress pipeline through demand generation, opportunity conversion, and active deal management
-
Establish trusted relationships with C-level and other key stakeholders, positioning Oracleβs services as critical to digital transformation

Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
-
Collaborate with delivery teams on business reviews and value assessments
-
Own account planning and territory management alongside Specialist Account Executives

Resolve escalated customer or partner issues effectively
-
Support smooth onboarding and project execution with implementation partners

Work cross-functionally across Oracle business units and ecosystem for overall customer success

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the South African market

Experience managing complex accounts, including engagement with C-level executives

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and ability to translate needs into business value

Extensive experience in services sales, especially cloud technology

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
