โœ”๏ธ Target Achievement โ€“ Meet or exceed arrears collection goals and compliance standards.
โœ”๏ธ Team Collaboration โ€“ Work closely with your team to ensure performance and service excellence.
โœ”๏ธ Task Management โ€“ Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently within a high-volume environment.


๐Ÿ“š What You Need to Succeed:

โœ… Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, systems, and collections processes

  • Familiarity with the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and other relevant legislation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact centre applications

โœ… Skills:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and strong negotiation skills

  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage conflict

  • Numerical aptitude and great attention to detail
