โ๏ธ Customer Engagement โ Interact with customers to gather essential information and obtain a Promise to Pay.
โ๏ธ Customer-Centric Communication โ Handle all client interactions with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
โ๏ธ Target Achievement โ Meet or exceed arrears collection goals and compliance standards.
โ๏ธ Team Collaboration โ Work closely with your team to ensure performance and service excellence.
โ๏ธ Task Management โ Organise and prioritise tasks efficiently within a high-volume environment.
๐ What You Need to Succeed:
โ Knowledge:

Understanding of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, systems, and collections processes

Familiarity with the National Credit Act (NCA), Consumer Protection Act (CPA), and other relevant legislation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact centre applications
โ Skills:

Excellent telephone etiquette and strong negotiation skills

Clear and confident verbal and written communication

High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage conflict

Numerical aptitude and great attention to detail
