Job Purpose 🏢

As a Customer Account Management Consultant in the CFS Call Centre, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in a compliant, customer-centric manner. Your main task will be to secure a Promise to Pay, ensuring that collection and arrears targets are met effectively and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or anyone looking to build a career in financial services while gaining valuable hands-on experience.


Key Responsibilities ✔️

  • 📜 Understanding of relevant legislation (e.g., CPA, NCA).

  • 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial systems.

  • 📝 Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
