Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Pinelands, Western Cape. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, managing customer issues, and promoting our products and services. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Product & Service Information: Provide in-depth knowledge and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
✔ Customer Order Processing: Efficiently handle special customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
✔ Issue Resolution: Address escalated customer concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
✔ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and accurate data entry in CRM systems.
✔ Sales Generation: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by offering suitable products and services.
✔ Operational Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards to ensure quality service delivery.
✔ Personal Development: Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Education:
- Matric (NQF Level 3)
- Regulatory Examination (RE)
- NQF Level 4 Short Term Insurance Qualification
✔ Experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a call center environment, preferably in customer service.
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Consultative selling and customer complaint management
- Proficient in CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex customer queries
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities
