🧩 What You Will Do as a Customer Care Specialist:
✔️ Assist customers with inquiries about product features and troubleshooting.
✔️ Diagnose and resolve issues using a combination of customer input, app data, and your problem-solving skills.
✔️ Deliver exceptional customer service through each interaction, ensuring the customer feels valued and heard.
✔️ Collaborate with your Team Lead to meet KPIs such as schedule adherence, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and service levels.
✔️ Improve continuously through coaching and feedback, always striving to enhance the customer experience.
📚 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1+ year of experience in a call centre or customer support role.

Experience with troubleshooting or problem-solving, especially with technology or smart devices.

Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher).
