🎯 JOB OVERVIEW

The Customer Compliance Agent ensures that Hollywoodbets meets all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements. The role focuses on anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), safer gambling, and data protection practices.

The incumbent will monitor client activity, investigate anomalies, escalate issues as needed, and maintain high-quality service standards.

🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service

Communicate professionally with clients, both verbally and in writing
Maintain high standards when handling client interactions

Compliance / AML

Review client KYC documentation and complete due diligence checks
Monitor politically exposed persons and sanction screenings; escalate matches promptly
Identify unusual client activity and potential money laundering indicators
Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports to the Nominated Officer
Conduct Source of Wealth reviews and enhanced due diligence assessments
Monitor safer gambling indicators and communicate responsible gaming options
Sample check marketing materials for compliance with CAP and ASA standards
Process deposit limit change requests accurately
Prepare and manage data protection and erasure requests
Escalate suspicious transactions and ensure proper reporting
Follow company procedures for complaints and dispute handling

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Required

1–2 years administration or compliance-related experience
Computer literate

Desirable / Bonus

Completed or studying towards a qualification in Compliance, AML, or Auditing

Skills & Competencies

Strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to interpret strategy and translate into action plans
Business acumen and proactive problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities
Coaching and training capability in soft skills
