🎯 Role Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Engagement Platform Specialist who will be the operational bridge between marketing, product, BI, and platform vendors. This role involves managing CRM tools, driving performance improvements, and ensuring seamless implementation of customer engagement strategies.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain active communication with CRM platform vendors

  • Coordinate platform roadmaps with internal customer strategies

  • Track SLAs, support tickets, and vendor performance

  • Escalate and resolve technical issues

  • Manage integration and documentation of platform systems

  • Plan and QA test new features and platform modules

  • Develop and present monthly performance scorecards

  • Train internal teams and document all SOPs

  • Monitor competitor CRM activities in the iGaming space

  • Handle any additional related duties


🧩 Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing SaaS platforms, CRM tools, or engagement systems

  • Strong understanding of API-based systems, ticketing systems, and BI tools

  • Valid driver’s license
