🔧 Your Role:
As a Customer Engineering & Technical Services Intern, you will dive into the world of data analytics, technical troubleshooting, and customer solutions. During this 6-month internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience with our cutting-edge SaaS platform, helping clients optimize partnerships and solve technical challenges.

💻 What You’ll Do:

• 📊 Assist in analyzing and resolving data discrepancies to ensure platform reliability.

• 🛠️ Develop SQL queries to analyze datasets and generate actionable insights.

• 📈 Create and maintain Looker dashboards and reports for internal teams.

• 🔗 Connect multiple data sources to create scalable, automated reporting solutions.

• 💡 Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Solutions and Implementations, to improve processes.

• 🧑‍💻 Learn how to integrate APIs and work with data processing tools to support seamless data flows.

• 🚀 Work on technical issues end-to-end, troubleshooting and resolving queries.

• 📚 Assist in creating documentation and resources for internal knowledge sharing.

🎓 What You Have:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Strong SQL skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.

• Experience with Looker or other data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

• Familiarity with APIs and their role in data integrations.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.

• Interest in technical enablement and business analytics.
