Key Responsibilities:
✅ Administrative Support
- Provide essential administrative support to the Customer Care team, including document preparation, scheduling meetings, and keeping accurate records of customer complaints and queries.
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to their service experience, particularly in the claims process.
- Help prepare CX reports, presentations, and insights based on customer data, and ensure that tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Record minutes from meetings and support with ongoing CX initiatives.
✅ Operational Support
- Ensure that all complaints and escalations are captured and tracked through the Complaints Management System.
- Analyze customer complaints and trends to identify root causes and assist in developing solutions to improve customer service.
- Support the Customer Care Specialist in refining claims handling processes and identifying process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Monitor and track the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring that best practices are implemented to improve the customer experience.
✅ Customer Experience Research & Best Practices
- Conduct research into industry trends and best practices for customer experience improvement.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal training initiatives to promote service excellence across teams.
- Help track CX initiatives and follow up on action items to ensure implementation.
✅ Career Management & Development
- Work closely with your manager to identify individual development areas and create a career development plan to address them.
✅ Ad-hoc Tasks
- Provide additional support as needed by your line manager, ensuring that customer experience and claims processes run smoothly.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, Communication, Psychology, Consumer Behaviour, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
✔ Experience
- No prior post-graduate experience required. This role is suitable for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in customer experience and service operations.
