🎯 Role Summary
We’re hiring Customer Service Advisors (Technical) to support a leading UK telecom brand. You’ll be the voice of the brand, providing technical customer service via voice and digital platforms. This is an on-site position at our Salt River offices in Cape Town.
Note: A minimum of 12 months of technical customer service experience in a call centre is required.

Deliver exceptional service across voice and digital channels

Take ownership of customer queries and resolve them promptly

Use specialist technical knowledge to solve complex issues

Educate customers on digital self-service options

Promote brand products/services confidently

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure first-time resolution

Uphold regulatory standards and highlight potential risks

Consistently communicate clearly, empathetically, and personally
✅ Requirements

Minimum 1 year of technical customer service experience in a call centre

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to absorb, interpret and act on complex information quickly

Confident and authentic brand advocate
