🎧 Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences on an internationally innovative media campaign. You will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure first-contact resolution while maintaining strict compliance with behavioural, quality, and data protection standards.
