๐ฏ Purpose of the Role
The Customer Service Advisor โ Technical plays a critical role in delivering a โsimpler and betterโ experience for customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will support customers through voice and digital channels, resolving technical and service-related queries while ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and solution-driven.
This role requires adaptability, strong technical understanding, and a customer-first mindset to resolve complex issues effectively while promoting brand loyalty and trust.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Act as the voice of the customer across voice and digital service channels

Deliver personalised, empathetic, and effective customer support

Resolve technical and service-related queries, including complex and sensitive issues

Take ownership of customer cases through to full resolution

Educate customers on digital self-service options when appropriate

Build strong working relationships with colleagues and wider teams

Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and service delivery

Promote products and services in a value-adding, customer-focused manner

Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and quality standards

Act as a brand ambassador by consistently demonstrating company values

Contribute positively to team performance and service targets
๐ง About You (Skills & Experience)

Minimum of 12 monthsโ technical customer service experience in a call centre environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
-
Ability to absorb, interpret, and apply information accurately

Confident using multiple systems and tools simultaneously

Passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences

Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability

Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends
