Join our dynamic on-site team in Woodstock, Cape Town as a Customer Service Agent, where youβll support customers through inbound calls and emails, troubleshoot issues, upsell services, and provide accurate, friendly solutions.

π Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Service

Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism.

Troubleshoot issues and offer accurate guidance.

Assist with service queries, billing concerns, and general troubleshooting.

Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately.

π Minimum Requirements

β At least 1 year customer-facing or contact centre experience

β Excellent verbal & written communication

β Strong active listening skills

β Ability to remain calm during high-pressure interactions

β Tech savvy with ability to use multiple systems

β Must be based in Cape Town for on-site work
