Job Overview

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing professional service to clients, processing loan applications, resolving customer queries, and supporting the overall teamโ€™s performance. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding Unifiโ€™s core values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales activities efficiently

  • Assess credit worthiness and process loan applications within defined limits

  • Respond promptly to customer service calls, emails, and queries

  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Unifi products to provide accurate information

  • Communicate with customers across multiple channels

  • Provide excellent service to clients and colleagues

  • Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluency in English (verbal and written)

  • Matric / Grade 12

  • Willingness to work in a shift environment

  • Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ relevant work experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
