What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
๐น Case Ownership โ Take responsibility for high-profile, escalated customer cases from start to resolution.
๐น Work Order Management โ Ensure that all tasks are handled within business SLAโs, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
๐น Risk Assessment โ Identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks, protecting both the clientโs and customerโs interests.
๐น Knowledge Sharing โ Collaborate with your team by sharing insights, new information, and updates relevant to the campaign.
๐น Customer Communication โ Continuously engage with customers, providing clear and professional responses to queries, ensuring a top-tier experience.

Qualifications & Experience
The Customer Service Associate role at Concentrix is perfect for you if:
๐น You have at least 12 months of international BPO call center experience (essential).
๐น Previous experience in travel, e-commerce, retail, or fintech is advantageous.
๐น You have Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
๐น You can work shifts aligned to US business hours.
๐น You possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
๐น You are self-motivated, highly responsible, and driven to deliver excellent customer service.
