Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Handle booking cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds
✔️ Take ownership of high-profile escalated cases from start to resolution
✔️ Proactively offer solutions to customer concerns
✔️ Ensure first-contact resolution and manage work orders within business SLAs
✔️ Maintain customer data and provide timely updates to the team
✔️ Share knowledge and assist team members to improve the overall customer experience
✔️ Uphold security protocols and report any issues that may arise
✔️ Ensure excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in an international contact center or 6 months in the travel industry
✅ Education: Passed Grade 12
✅ Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken
✅ Availability: Ability to work rotational shifts aligned with UK business hours (24-hour shifts)
✅ Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, responsible, with a passion for helping others
