What You’ll Be Doing: 🔧 Ownership of Escalated Cases: Manage high-profile cases from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction.
🔧 Booking Management: Handle cancellations, reschedules, and refund requests with precision and care.
🔧 Proactive Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and find tailored solutions.
🔧 Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with colleagues and update your knowledge base.
🔧 Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure first contact resolution and maintain top-tier customer service at all times.
🔧 Information Security: Safeguard sensitive customer information and adhere to company policies.
🔧 Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, managers, and team members.
Qualifications & Experience: ✅ Minimum 1 year of international contact center experience or 6 months in the travel industry (essential).
✅ Grade 12 qualification (required).
✅ Fluency in English with strong verbal communication skills.
✅ Ability to work rotational shifts aligned with UK business hours (24 hours).
✅ Self-motivated and responsible: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
