Job Requirements:
🎓 Educational Requirements:
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies (Required).
🛠️ Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
