๐Ÿงญ Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of customer service processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk protocols.


๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Support the implementation and improvement of Customer Service Centre processes

  • Monitor and manage risk in customer interactions following Absaโ€™s compliance standards

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Actively pursue personal development and participate in training initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)


๐ŸŽ“ Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies

  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Christiana or surrounding areas

  • Customer-centric mindset and conflict resolution abilities

  • Ability to manage sensitive data with discretion
