๐งญ Role Purpose
As a Customer Service Clerk, you’ll deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously. You’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of customer service processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory and risk protocols.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities

Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and concerns

Support the implementation and improvement of Customer Service Centre processes

Monitor and manage risk in customer interactions following Absaโs compliance standards

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Actively pursue personal development and participate in training initiatives

Ensure adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
๐ Minimum Requirements

Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies

Location Requirement: Must reside in Christiana or surrounding areas
