๐ŸŽฏ Purpose of the Role

Medirite Plus Arcon Park is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join the front shop team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality customer service, responding to customer enquiries, and ensuring all front shop customers receive professional and friendly assistance. The position plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience through strong product knowledge, effective communication, and customer-focused service.


๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers warmly upon entry and offer professional assistance

  • Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, and store policies

  • Provide accurate information on current front shop promotions

Sales and Transactions

  • Assist with exchanges and refunds in line with store procedures

  • Promote loyalty programmes and support customer sign-ups

  • Ensure accurate handling of transactions when required

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with pharmacy staff and store management

  • Support smooth daily operations within the front shop

  • Assist with training new employees on customer service standards


๐ŸŽ“ Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent


๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Experience Required

  • At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience

  • Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience will be advantageous

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities

  • Accurate transaction handling and attention to detail

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
