🎯 Purpose of the Role
Medirite Plus Arcon Park is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join the front shop team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality customer service, responding to customer enquiries, and ensuring all front shop customers receive professional and friendly assistance. The position plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience through strong product knowledge, effective communication, and customer-focused service.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction

Greet customers warmly upon entry and offer professional assistance

Respond to customer enquiries regarding products, services, and store policies

Provide accurate information on current front shop promotions
Sales and Transactions

Assist with exchanges and refunds in line with store procedures

Promote loyalty programmes and support customer sign-ups

Ensure accurate handling of transactions when required
Team Collaboration

Work closely with pharmacy staff and store management

Support smooth daily operations within the front shop

Assist with training new employees on customer service standards
🎓 Minimum Qualifications

Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
🧑💼 Experience Required

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
-
Pharmacy or healthcare retail experience will be advantageous
