You will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing critical customer data with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Handle inbound customer inquiries and proactively make outbound calls to request source of funds.

Provide clear and accurate information to customers about their banking queries.
🔒 Client Authentication:
-
Authenticate clients when there are changes to their banking information.
-
Use a 2-part verification process, including voice and video calls, to ensure client data is protected.
🎯 Ticket Management:
-
Manage and prioritize tickets assigned to you, ensuring timely follow-up with customers.

Maintain accurate records of requests for source of funds and resolve any issues promptly.
📝 Document Verification:
-
Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents submitted by clients, including bank statements, IDs, and payment notifications.

Cross-check and validate information before updating in the system.
🖥️ Data Entry:
-
Accurately capture customer information into the bank’s ticketing system, ensuring no data is overlooked.

Maintain detailed records and follow up on any outstanding tickets weekly.
💼 Compliance and Customer Service:

Ensure all processes are in line with bank compliance standards, particularly regarding AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer).

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Matric Certificate or equivalent.
✔️ Customer Service Qualification (Advantageous).
✔️ Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.
✔️ Knowledge of CRM Bank, OS Ticket, and Core Banking Systems (Advantageous).
✔️ Multiple languages (Advantageous).
✔️ Strong computer/mobile literacy.
✔️ Familiarity with International Remittance products.
