Key Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries across various platforms and resolve complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring an optimal customer care experience.
✔ Security and Compliance: Perform necessary security checks for query resolution while strictly adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue completion.
✔ Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high customer service standards in all interactions, meeting Quality Assurance targets and implementing improvements where necessary.
✔ Performance Targets: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring optimal performance in customer service delivery.
✔ Escalation Handling: Follow internal escalation processes, taking proactive steps to ensure smooth handling of complex cases.
✔ Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Attend to various tasks as required by operational needs to maintain efficient service delivery.
Required Experience & Skills:
🎓 Experience:

At least 6 months of experience in a Contact Centre environment with a focus on customer service.
🔧 Skills:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer interactions.

Problem-solving abilities and people management skills.

A bonus to have: Knowledge of betting (not required but advantageous).
