Your Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer Support Excellence:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and telephone.

Use in-depth product knowledge to assist with bookings, inquiries, and troubleshooting.

Handle all interactions with courtesy, empathy, and efficiency.
✅ Issue Resolution & Escalation:

Manage booking-related issues, escalating complex cases to supervisors when needed.

Proactively communicate progress and updates to customers on unresolved queries.

Report technical or system issues to the Team Leader for resolution.
✅ Operational Support:

Accurately process booking cancellations according to company policies.

Handle customer complaints at the first level, escalating severe issues as required.

Complete and manage accommodation request forms with precision.

Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and support tickets in internal systems.

What We’re Looking For
🎓 Qualifications:

Matric certificate (Grade 12) – Essential
-
1–2 years of customer service or call center experience (travel, tourism, or hospitality preferred)
💻 Skills & Competencies:

Strong verbal and written communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
-
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle tough conversations
-
Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused

Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
