About the Role
As a Customer Service Consultant for Withdrawals, your main responsibility will be ensuring that all customer withdrawal queries are handled accurately and efficiently. You’ll be the point of contact for customers who wish to withdraw funds, ensuring they receive timely and precise assistance. This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

πŸ”Ή Accurate Withdrawals Processing – Process customer withdrawals with precision after successful compliance checks using the designated platform.
πŸ”Ή Customer Query Resolution – Resolve customer queries across various communication channels, ensuring satisfaction and clarity.
πŸ”Ή Account Discrepancy Management – Investigate and resolve account-related issues or discrepancies by collaborating with both internal and external teams.
πŸ”Ή Monitor Transaction Activity – Monitor customer accounts for unusual activity and escalate suspicious transactions to the management team.
πŸ”Ή Manual Payments Preparation – Prepare and submit manual payments to the Treasury team as required.
πŸ”Ή Ad-Hoc Functions – Be prepared to assist with additional functions as needed to meet operational requirements.


Skills and Experience You Bring to the Team:
πŸ”Έ Contact Centre Experience – Previous experience in a contact centre environment is a must.
πŸ”Έ Attention to Detail – Strong focus on accuracy and detail, especially when processing withdrawals and handling account discrepancies.
