🎯 Role Overview
As a Customer Service Host, you will be the frontline ambassador for DigiOutsource, delivering world-class customer service across live chats, calls, and emails. Your role involves resolving queries, managing complaints, and ensuring a seamless, engaging customer experience within a dynamic contact centre environment.
📋 Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via telephone, email, and online chats.

Process and resolve customer contacts in a multimedia setting accurately.

Update and maintain customer information in relevant databases.

Build and manage strong customer relationships while cross-selling products and services.

Take ownership of customer issues and provide timely problem resolution.

Adhere to schedules and manage time effectively.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by managers or shift supervisors.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Matric certificate with 2+ years customer service experience, or relevant Degree/Diploma with no experience.
