Job Overview
The Customer Service & Customer Insights Graduate Programme is designed for analytical and customer-focused graduates who are passionate about improving service quality through data-driven decision-making.
Graduates will be based at the Cape Town Distribution Centre and gain exposure across multiple Takealot Group businesses. The role focuses on analysing customer service data, supporting process optimisation, and contributing to initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This programme provides practical experience, structured learning, and professional development within a large-scale e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse customer service data, trends, and feedback to identify improvement opportunities

Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for process enhancement

Support the creation, review, and optimisation of SOPs and process flows

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and service quality

Assist with reporting on key performance metrics and operational indicators

Collaborate with Customer Experience, Operations, and Data teams

Participate in projects aimed at optimising customer service processes and systems

Support change initiatives and continuous service improvement programmes
