🎯 Minimum Requirements:
🔹 Matric (Grade 12) with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
🔹 Currently unemployed with little to no prior work experience
🔹 Not currently enrolled in full-time or part-time studies
🔹 Committed to a 15-month programme
🔹 Able to work shifts and weekends
🔹 No participation in any learnership or skills programme in the past 12 months
