🎓 Minimum Requirements
✔️ Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
✔️ Minimum 12 months Call Centre experience (Essential)
✔️ Customer service experience with upselling/sales/retentions (Essential)
✔️ Ability to work night shifts aligned to US hours
✔️ Proficient English communication
✔️ Self-motivated, responsible, professional
✔️ Clear criminal & credit record

📞 Customer Support & Case Handling

Take ownership of high-profile escalated cases from start to resolution

Ensure first contact resolution at all times

Verify and update customer details
📋 Operations & Compliance

Manage work orders within SLA requirements

Apply compliance, behavioural standards, and campaign protocols

Protect customer data and escalate security concerns appropriately
