Are you a customer-focused professional with excellent administrative and communication skills? TRACKER is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Randburg. This role supports the Johannesburg Sales Department with contract processing, fitment scheduling, client queries, and overall customer service. If youβre ready to bring value to both clients and the company, this role is for you!
πΌ Key Responsibilities:

Process sales contracts received from clients and sales consultants
-
Follow up on contracts from brokers, dealers, fitment centres, and consultants
-
Arrange and track scheduling of vehicle fitments
-
Provide stats and reports to internal and external sales stakeholders
-
Handle queries from clients, fitment centres, dealers, and brokers
-
Ensure accuracy in lead and pricing source capturing
-
Issue insurance certificates when required
-
Answer and assist with incoming customer service calls
-
Liaise professionally with all relevant parties to ensure seamless support
-
Uphold customer satisfaction and represent the company positively
π Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
-
Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in a sales or customer support environment
-
Experience in logistics or financial services is advantageous
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
-
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage queries with a sense of urgency
