π Customer Service Representative β Sales | Tracker | Randburg (Permanent)

π Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process sales contracts received from clients and sales consultants.

Track and follow up on contract loading submitted by Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centres, and Sales Consultants.

Coordinate and manage fitment scheduling and ensure timely follow-ups.
-
Compile and deliver sales and fitment stats to internal and external stakeholders.
-
Investigate and resolve queries from Clients, Fitment Centres, Dealers, Brokers, and Sales Consultants by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring complete resolution.

Ensure accurate data entry of Lead Sources and Pricing Sources.

Issue insurance certificates when required.

Handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and professionally.

Build strong working relationships with Brokers, Dealers, Fitment Centres, Corporates, and Sales Teams.

Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients, always prioritizing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
β Minimum Requirements:
-
Matric certificate (Grade 12).
-
At least 2 yearsβ experience in an administrative or sales support role.
-
Prior experience in the logistics or financial services sectors is highly advantageous.

Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office Suite & Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
