🎯 Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team at Heidelberg Heights, Victoria. Reporting to the State Manager, you will support customer satisfaction through strong relationship management, accurate order processing, and coordination with internal teams.

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients

Support the RFQ-to-order release process

Maintain up-to-date customer data and pricing information

Resolve queries around pricing, turnaround times, and technical info
