🎯 Role Purpose

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and customer-friendly foreign exchange transactions. This role is central to maintaining Mukuru’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, and regulatory excellence.


🧾 Key Responsibilities

  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and in accordance with financial regulations

  • Validate and verify all customer documentation to ensure compliance

  • Detect and report potential fraudulent documents

  • Maintain and balance personal stock and cash holdings

  • Stay updated on forex systems (ICFX), exchange control regulations, and internal SOPs

  • Deliver high-quality, professional customer service across channels

  • Take ownership of your own learning and growth through internal training


Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Essential)

  • Completion of Mukuru Forex Consultant training (Advantageous)

  • Knowledge of FICA and exchange control regulations (Desirable)

  • Familiarity with ICFX or similar forex platforms (Preferred)
