🚗 Customer Service Representative – English – Automotive | TTEC – Cape Town

TTEC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our award-winning team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a Customer Service Representative in the Automotive industry, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences that drive satisfaction and customer loyalty. You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure that all interactions are handled with care, professionalism, and efficiency.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Communicating with customers: Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers, providing answers to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Problem-solving: Investigate customer concerns, researching and finding effective solutions.

  • Upselling: When appropriate, suggest products or services to enhance the customer’s experience.

  • Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge to offer expert guidance to customers regarding products and services.

✔️ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in customer service.

  • English Proficiency: B1+ level in both written and verbal communication.

  • Tech Savvy: Ability to handle multiple computer screens and systems simultaneously.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
