This is more than a customer support role โ it’s a results-driven position. Youโll be responsible for handling inquiries, driving sales for SIM plans and internet services, and facilitating business partnerships. If you’re confident, persuasive, and eager to grow, we want you on our team.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound messages and calls from customers and partners

Convert leads into sales (e.g., SIM plans, NBN, upsells)

Pitch offers with clarity and persuasion

Manage collaboration and sponsorship requests

Follow up on leads and update CRM records

Educate customers about promotions and loyalty programs

Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize performance
โ Requirements

Bold communicator with a sales instinct

Prior experience in customer service or telesales (preferably in telecom or tech)

Ability to engage with customers and potential brand partners

Strong organizational skills and proactive follow-up habits

Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
