About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Panda Recycling, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer service processes are followed, providing value to customers, and achieving our service level goals. This role involves answering incoming calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be a vital member of the customer service team, ensuring that the service loop is closed in every interaction.
