Airbus Southern Africa is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their team in Lanseria. Duties & Responsibilities:
✔ Customer Account Management: Acknowledge and process major customer account requests and quotations, ensuring that all pricing aligns with terms and conditions, AZA policy, and customer requirements.
✔ Order Acknowledgement & Invoicing: Responsible for sending order acknowledgements to customers and processing non-acceptance of quotations. Launch deliveries and invoices accurately within the correct accounting periods.
✔ Stock Coordination: Monitor stock availability and ensure timely commitment to customers, following internal processes.
✔ Logistics Support: Coordinate the receipt of spares/consumables in logistics, ensuring the Goods Received Voucher is issued and launch delivery and invoicing accordingly.
✔ Customer Meeting Support: Schedule and attend customer meetings, preparing meeting minutes and ensuring effective communication with the customer support manager.
✔ Credit Management: Follow up on credit management and reconcile accounts with the accounting department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
✔ Bi-Weekly Reporting: Submit bi-weekly reports to customers and manage ad-hoc administration tasks.
✔ Standby Availability: Be available for standby duties and assist customers with queries and quotations as required.
✔ Efficient Task Management: Plan and execute tasks effectively to meet objectives while maintaining high levels of professionalism in communications with customers and team members.
✔ Travel Claims & Administration: Assist with travel claims, hospitality registration, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Educational Requirements:

Tertiary qualification (an added advantage)

Proficiency in Sales Force, SAP, OTR Spotfire (advantageous), and MS Office (especially Excel).
🔧 Required Skills:

Advanced computer skills and ability to manage multiple orders efficiently.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Prior experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in aerospace or material support services.
