As a Customer Support Agent, you will engage with clients through phone, email, and live chat. Youโll assist with account setup, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience โ all while working remotely in US Eastern Time Zone hours.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Provide timely, professional support via phone, email, and chat

Guide users through account activations, integrations, and service inquiries

Assist with retirement plan topics (401k, IRA, Profit Sharing Plans)

Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate when necessary

Use Zendesk, Aircall, and CRM tools to track and resolve cases

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
โ Qualifications

Matric/High School diploma (Degree in Business, Finance, or IT is a plus)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

1โ2 years of customer service experience (tech or finance preferred)

Experience with retirement products (advantageous, not required)

Familiarity with Zendesk and Aircall preferred

Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
