π Product Knowledge: Gain a thorough understanding of our entire product offering to effectively meet customer needs.

π€ Customer Solutions: Connect customers to the right products and solutions based on their needs and requirements.

π Direct Customer Interaction: Handle customer queries, concerns, and incoming calls with professionalism and care.

π Quotation Preparation: Assist customers by preparing accurate quotations for current and future orders.

πΌ Order Management: Ensure efficient capturing and processing of new orders, and liaise with External Advisors when needed.

π Stock Management: Ensure products are well stocked and merchandised to the highest standards.

π³ Point of Sale: Process customer payments and take responsibility for the cash desk when required.

ποΈ Weekend Availability: Willingness to work weekends as needed to ensure smooth operations.
π§βπΌ The Experience Weβre Looking For:

π§βπ€βπ§ Customer Care: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on service excellence.

π¬ Communication Skills: Well-spoken with a professional telephone manner and fluent in English, both written and spoken.

π» Computer Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with Syspro knowledge being an advantage.

π§ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
