Jonsson Workwear, a leading brand specializing in workwear solutions, is seeking a Customer Support professional to join their team in Centurion. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiries to post-sale support. Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of Jonsson Workwear’s entire product range to effectively match customer needs with the best solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring a positive, long-term experience.
Customer Queries: Directly engage with customers to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide solutions to their issues.
Quotation Preparation: Assist customers by preparing quotations for current and future orders, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
Order Management: Efficiently capture all new orders, manage the flow of incoming orders, and collaborate with external advisors when necessary to ensure a smooth process.
Stock Management: Ensure products are always well-stocked and presented according to the highest merchandising standards.
POS Transactions: Process customer payments at the point of sale (POS), handling the cash desk when required, and ensuring accountability.
Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work on weekends when required, maintaining excellent customer service during peak times.


Experience & Skills Required:

🎓 Educational Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role (preferably in a retail or sales environment).

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent telephone manners.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with an advanced understanding of Excel. Knowledge of Syspro is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring orders are processed and customer queries are handled efficiently.
