Jonsson Workwear is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Centurion, Gauteng. This role is integral to our commitment to providing customers with an outstanding experience, ensuring they feel connected to our world of high-performance workwear.
π What Youβll Do
β Gain in-depth knowledge of our complete product range
β Understand customer needs and recommend tailored workwear solutions
β Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
β Handle customer queries and provide support via phone and in person
β Prepare and manage quotations for current and future orders
β Efficiently process new orders and collaborate with External Advisors
β Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are top-notch
β Handle POS transactions and take ownership of the cash desk when needed
β Be available for weekend work as required
πΌ What You Bring to the Table
β Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-focused role
β Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills
β Fluent in both written and spoken English
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferably Syspro
β A proactive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
