βœ” Gain in-depth knowledge of our complete product range
βœ” Understand customer needs and recommend tailored workwear solutions
βœ” Build and maintain meaningful relationships with new and existing customers
βœ” Handle customer queries and provide support via phone and in person
βœ” Prepare and manage quotations for current and future orders
βœ” Efficiently process new orders and collaborate with External Advisors
βœ” Maintain stock levels and ensure merchandising standards are top-notch
βœ” Handle POS transactions and take ownership of the cash desk when needed
βœ” Be available for weekend work as required


πŸ’Ό What You Bring to the Table

βœ” Previous experience in customer service or a similar client-focused role
βœ” Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication skills
βœ” Fluent in both written and spoken English
βœ” Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and preferably Syspro
βœ” A proactive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
