About the Role
As a Customer Support team member at Jonsson Workwear, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless in-store experience for both new and existing customers. Your focus will be on service, relationship-building, and problem-solving — all critical to ensuring our customers get exactly what they need.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and solution-focused.

Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish new customer connections and strengthen existing ones through personalized engagement.

Product Knowledge: Leverage deep understanding of Jonsson Workwear’s offerings to recommend effective, high-performance workwear solutions.

Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service levels.

Order Processing & Support: Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer requests, from recommendations to transactions.

Follow Through on Commitments: Be proactive, dependable, and always follow up to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Maintain In-Store Standards: Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming, reflecting the Jonsson Workwear brand.
