What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Support team member, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store, focused on creating remarkable in-store experiences. Your mission? Help customers find the perfect workwear, support their needs, and keep them coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional in-store customer service that sets the Jonsson Workwear standard.

  • Develop meaningful relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
