💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Helpdesk Specialist to join our global team. In this full-time remote role, you’ll provide front-line support to clients by resolving tickets, managing workflows, and ensuring excellent service delivery. You’ll work with cutting-edge ERP tools and advanced AI language models (LLMs), making this an exciting opportunity for tech-savvy professionals passionate about process improvement and customer experience.


🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer care tasks including ticket creation and issue resolution.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the support lifecycle.

  • Track, document, and review support tickets using ERP/ticketing systems.

  • Schedule and document client meetings and calls.

  • Execute ERP-related tasks such as generating offers, orders, and invoices.

  • Document internal processes and workflows.

  • Contribute to social media and marketing tasks, where applicable.


🎓 Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.

  • Experience: 5+ years in customer service, sales, or marketing roles.

  • Language: Excellent English – written and spoken.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organization and multitasking abilities

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    • Experience in project management or coordination

    • Familiarity with eCommerce operations


✅ Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Experience with ERPNext or equivalent systems (e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage).

  • Familiarity with ERP-integrated ticketing platforms (e.g., Flectra, OpenERP, SuiteCRM).

  • Competency using Large Language Models (LLMs) – able to generate and interpret AI prompts.


💡 Nice-to-Haves

  • Social media or digital marketing experience.

  • Knowledge of German is a plus.

  • Exposure to modern tech stacks and automation tools.
