Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through various communication channels (email, phone, live chat).

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to improving customer support procedures.

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, service updates, and customer engagement tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Matric certificate (essential); relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.

  • Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.

  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
