Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in customer service, love technology, and want to make an impact on the restaurant industry, this is the perfect role for you. As a key part of our support team, you’ll help our clients get the most out of Dineplan’s innovative software, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Become a Dineplan product expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of Dineplan’s platform and its features.
Deliver exceptional support: Provide outstanding support via email and phone to restaurant clients.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure clients can maximize the potential of the Dineplan software.
Troubleshooting: Efficiently manage support tickets, escalate issues when necessary, and resolve client challenges.
Build strong relationships: Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty.
Identify upsell opportunities: Recognize opportunities for account upgrades and alert the Account Management team for further action.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Customer Service Passion: A strong desire to deliver excellent service and exceed client expectations.
✔️ Experience: At least 2 years in a customer support role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
✔️ Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn new software and able to solve technical challenges.
✔️ Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities.
✔️ Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving issues with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
✔️ Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
✔️ Growth Mindset: An eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
