Position Overview
The Customer Support Specialist is at the heart of Jonsson Workwear’s customer service strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with both new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best solutions from our wide range of workwear products.
You will play a crucial part in ensuring that every customer has an excellent experience, from providing product knowledge to assisting with orders and inquiries. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and looking to grow in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
✅ Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our full range of products and solutions.
✅ Customer Engagement: Address customer queries and concerns promptly, providing timely solutions.
✅ Order Management: Prepare quotations for current and future orders and ensure smooth order processing.
✅ Sales Support: Capture new orders efficiently and manage the flow of these orders in collaboration with External Advisors.
✅ Stock Management: Ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised to the highest standard.
✅ Point of Sale Management: Process customer payments and manage cash desk duties when required.
✅ Weekend Availability: Flexibility to work weekends when needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
✔️ Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
✔️ Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
✔️ Fluent in both written and spoken English.
✔️ Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (spreadsheets), Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Syspro is a plus.
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
