🎯 Job Purpose

As a Data Analyst, you will be central to Lula’s data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data integrity, analytics, and storytelling through numbers. You will work within the BizOps Analytics team to uncover insights, create dashboards, and support smarter business strategies across the organisation.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Translate stakeholder reporting needs into technical and data requirements

• Identify and interpret data trends, patterns, and insights

• Build and maintain dashboards and data visualisations

• Proactively investigate and resolve data discrepancies or quality issues

• Maintain and configure ETL processes to ensure efficient data movement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers and Scientists

• Create bespoke datasets tailored for strategic business initiatives

• Monitor, cleanse, and validate data outputs for accuracy

• Deliver actionable insights and reporting solutions that drive business outcomes

• Contribute to Lula’s ongoing efforts in data governance and quality assurance

📚 Skills & Experience Required

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)

Must-Have Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of SQL experience (functions, stored procedures, views)

• 2+ years of Python (with Pandas, NumPy, etc.)

• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting within fintech or financial services

• Experience creating business dashboards

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git/GitHub

• Excellent understanding of data structures, databases, and analytical principles

Bonus Experience:

• Working with DBT and Snowflake

• Experience in Agile environments
